If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

 

Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, custom orders are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

If your request is approved, we'll provide instructions for a replacement or refund.
